Longevity/Hormone Rebalancing Consult • $250

This in-person or virtual consultation is an in-depth look at past health, family history, current lifestyle/habits, and goals for future functioning/aging. There will be clear recommendations for screenings, and genetic and metabolic testing prevention, which may include labs/imaging often covered by insurance. Hormone testing may be required by saliva testing, this will be an additional charge. This consult also includes a post-consultation follow-up appointment once results are received. 

Weight Management Consult • $150

This is an in-person or virtual in-depth history- past medical history, family history, lab work (often covered by insurance and done at labcorp), lifestyle diet, and activity assessment. If the client is a good candidate for medications they will be prescribed semiglutide ($300/month) or tirzepitide ($600/month) but must come in for reassessment monthly (included in medication monthly price).
